We conduct an energy audit and vibration analysis of motors and
its drive system. The information is analyzed to determine motor efficiency,
voltage variance, and its motor load. Our solutions varies from replacing
problematic motor with High Efficiency Motor, replace old and inefficiency
rotor with copper motor rotor, re-design motor winding to meet NEMA Standard MG
1, 14.30, controlling the voltage going in to a motor or building by the means
of voltage regulation and stabilization, rectify vibration related problems of
motor and its driven machine, align shafts using Fixturlaser XA Alignment
System, or use of other energy efficiency technologies.
