Metro Plaza Toledo is not well manage by the management. OIC is not capable enough to handle their jobs. Another thing, to many bad feedback from the employees and workers. Employees got sick because of their PEP talk, they got ulcer already which make sense that employees can even work as accurate as they want. Even in every events held in Metro Plaza Toledo, they are bias by letting their own employees or their own contacts to join and then let it win again and again! It is mishandled!

SM will enter Toledo City Cebu which may cause and affect Metro Plaza income. Many rumors from employees that says they will transfer to that new mall because they are mishandle by the management. Let every OIC send their reports on how they handle their employees and take action if they tell lies, invistigate! One more thing, the mis conduct of the OIC in from of too many individuals. Listen to all the issues gathered from all employees, and please this time let the employees give feedback.
