Roy tolentinoPearls Lettings is a ripped-off, as an Owner of the condo he managed my Unit for almost a year.
He is a liar and Cheaters, he is not HONEST person, he steal all our LINES, towels, bed sheets, carpet, bathroom rugs...
They leave my expensive cooktop dirty and stained that the cooktop glass needs replacement, they don't sell just the glass. I had to replace the entire Unit as a whole cost P85,000.00.
